THAT'S CLOWN! WORKSHOP

Are you interested in performing, having fun, being open and playful, and finding out what you can communicate to an audience from a place of authenticity?

In this workshop he will guide you through a series of fun exercises and we will explore some approaches and techniques which can help you to begin performing clown comedy. This session is suitable for beginners wanting an introduction to clowning, or for people who want to practice their fundamental clowning skills in a supportive environment.

Phil O’Shea’s performances as part of the clown duo Soup Group have been described as “Joyously Silly” by British Comedy Guide, and his solo performances have been called “utter, delicious nonsense” Fest.

📢 The room only holds 50 patrons, so please book well in advance as we often sell out!

⌚The bar opens at midday, and is open until normal closing time after the show

⏲️ Please arrive by 10.45am latest, the show normally starts 11.00am, and likely to finish 5.00pm - all times are approximate and any changes will be communicated on the night

🍺There are normally breaks between the acts for you to refresh your drinks
